Not only is this an extremely fine, amber-coloured Fluorite for the Frohnau area in Annaberg District, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany, but its beauty it amplified by two clusters of pale cream-coloured prismatic Baryte crystals rising from the central part of the top of this piece. The small cabinet-sized bed of Fluorite features translucent, amber-orange cubic crystals to almost 2 cm on edge, all with sharp, undamaged edges and corners. The Baryte crystals reach 1.3 cm in length and display opaque centres with transparent, glassy terminations. A very pretty smaller German display Fluorite.
