{"product_id":"zincolivenite-27","title":"ZINCOLIVENITE","description":"Always a rare species, Zincolivenite - the intermediate phase between Adamite and Olivenite - is hardly ever seen in crystals visible in handspecimen other than at the famous Tsumeb mine in Nambia. At Tsumeb, the species really does reach its pinnacle in quality, but also in a diverse range of forms. One of those, and one which is really not seen anywhere else, is opaque, peppermint-green crystals with a striking pearlescent lustre. This superb example of this habit is a larger miniature-sized piece, almost entirely made of Zincolivenite as well-defined blocky crystals, but also with complex naturally etched, hoppered forms too. Slightly domed in its form, the specimen presents etched crystals on one side and complete, sharply formed crystals on the other.
