A complex, rusty coloured, porous gossan matrix with its sooty black top surface entirely covered with tiny, sub-one millimetre spherical rosettes of mid-leafy emerald green Malachite. Each rosette is individually highlighted by a narrow yet distinct halo of black matrix. Scattered over the Malachite, mainly towards one side of the specimen, are 5 to 8 mm diameter delicate acicular sprays of pale whitish-lemon Mimetite.
