I would like to suggest it could be from the United Mines in the parish of Gwennap; however, it has been labelled as received from Mike’s collection, so as not to muddy the waters further.  I have no doubt a specific mine could be attributed by a gathering of experts in all things Cornish mineral related.  I know you are out there!
