The individual Specularite crystal groups measure to 0.4 cm. The reverse of the specimen also has a cavity sprinkled with Hematite crystals and areas of tan coloured Siderite. The specimen has been repaired but this does not detract from the display face. The specimen has a label stating it was collected in 1988 from the 260 fm level Main Lode by miner Dave Scoble.
