{"product_id":"harmotome-with-calcite-fluorapophyllite-k-and-pyrite","title":"HARMOTOME with CALCITE, FLUORAPOPHYLLITE-(K) and PYRITE","description":"Not only now considered a great rarity, but this Fluorapophyllite-(K) with Harmotome from Korsnäs Lead mine in Finland is probably one of the better samples pulled from this mine when a pocket was discovered in 1965. The mine is long since closed and no minerals of note remain even on the surface. Ex Martin Kershaw Collection, no. 230, this specimen was probably obtained by him just after it was found. The Fluorapophyllite-(K) from this discovery presents an unusual pale sulphur-yellow colour and is extremely glossy, like thousands of gems encrusting the surface. Individually these crystals reach 3 mm in length, but both sides of the specimen are liberally carpeted and the crystals are all in superb condition. Added to this are larger, but sparsely distributed greyish-white glossy Harmotome crystals exceptionally to 8 mm in length, but mostly much smaller. A little fine grained Pyrite is in the matrix and one 1.8 cm long scalenohedral Calcite crystal sits at one end. This is an extremely rare larger display quality specimen from this famous find.","brand":"Crystal Classics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":58383469740367,"sku":"CC56206","price":483.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1011\/3748\/2063\/files\/CC56206.jpg?v=1785855693","url":"https:\/\/crystalclassics.co.uk\/products\/harmotome-with-calcite-fluorapophyllite-k-and-pyrite","provider":"Crystal Classics UK","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
