{"product_id":"fluorite-with-sphalerite-and-pyrite","title":"FLUORITE with SPHALERITE and PYRITE","description":"The recent finds of green Fluorite at the remote Milpo mine in the Atacocha mining district high in the Andes mountains in Pasco province, Peru are dominated by octahedral and cubo-octahedral crystal forms. This graceful linear arrangement of cubic crystals makes for a distinctly different type of specimen. Miniature in size, the Fluorite crystals are also especially glassy and although paler green in body colour, they also present striking zonation, with thin blue bands inside their outer edge. The main crystal faces of the Fluorite crystals are glassy and smooth, but around the sides their surfaces are sparsely studded with tiny dark brown Sphalerite crystals and the back of the Fluorite crystals sit upon a thin layer of sulphides including Sphalerite and Pyrite. Internally, the Fluorite crystals are transparent but with some cloudy inclusions towards their core. The largest Fluorite cube reaches 1 cm on edge. A pretty Peruvian Fluorite, quite different in appearance to the majority of specimens from the remote Andes.","brand":"Crystal Classics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":58448217932111,"sku":"CC46464","price":148.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1011\/3748\/2063\/files\/CC46464_0962bf57-5e67-441d-9cb3-491da18069cb.jpg?v=1786460434","url":"https:\/\/crystalclassics.co.uk\/products\/fluorite-with-sphalerite-and-pyrite","provider":"Crystal Classics UK","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
