With a cleaved back, the aggregate of Fluorite crystals is composed of many alligned octahedral crystals, some with truncated 'cubic' tips. The largest of these crystals reaches 1 cm across. Several small (up to 4 mm across) dark brown rounded crystals of Sphalerite are scattered upon the surface of the Fluorite crystals.
