In fact, the one crystal which appears to have a sloping cleaved corner is in fact a complex modified series of stepped faces with no damage, and all of the crystals show unusual stepped surfaces across their main faces. With backlighting through the Fluorite crystals, their rich green colour absolutely glows, with a number of black inclusions providing a certain amount of character. The Calcite crystals are virtually all in perfect condition and are extremely glassy when viewed with magnification.
