Hermine mine is one of the well-known mines, but purple Fluorite is one of the rarer colours seen there. This thin, small cabinet-sized display plate of purple Fluorite crystals comes from Arvid Pasto's famous worldwide Fluorite collection and is thin enough that light transmits through it to enhance its beautiful colour which can be seen to be zoned, with a white base, pale purple interiors, and darker purple bands around the outer edges of the cubic crystals.
