The unusual zoning stands out even without directional lighting and in daylight, green undertones can be seen within the larger crystals and underneath purple bands can be seen in the matrix. The bed of intergrown cubic crystals (typically between 6 and 7 mm on edge), is dominated by two larger crystals, the bigger of which reaches 1.9 cm on edge.
