This famous mine was the scene of marvellous discoveries of unusual phosphates in the 20th century but these new finds were the best Fluorapatites yet seen there. This miniature specimen from that discovery is an interlocking aggregate of colourless platy hexagonal Fluorapatite crystals, the largest crystal reaching 4 cm across. Attached to it is a small cluster of fudge-coloured rhombic Siderite crystals from which protrudes a thin 'needle' Quartz crystal.
