{"product_id":"berzelianite","title":"BERZELIANITE","description":"This intriguing old specimen has some mystery too it, but has the potential to be an important, albeit smaller, historic piece. It is from the superb systematic collection assembled by the brothers Martin and Michael Günther (1951-2007 \u0026amp; 1956-2021), who loved older collection labels. Accompanying it is an old handwritten label which probably dates to the late 19th to early 20th century in Germany. This label records the name \"Dr Fa Römer\" who is presumably Friedrich Adolph Römer (1809-1869), German geologist and Director of the School of Mines at Clausthal. The species mentioned upon this label is \"Selenkupferblei\" which is a mixture of Berzelianite, Clausthalite and Umangite with its other old name \"Zorgite\" also noted in brackets. The mystery is where precisely it came from as the label appears to record \"Neu Karelinen? bei Leiersbach\". We have seen this mine name on other old labels from the Clausthal-Harz area, but its exact location appears illusive.","brand":"Crystal Classics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":57781211758927,"sku":"CC28257","price":185.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1011\/3748\/2063\/files\/CC28257.jpg?v=1783981844","url":"https:\/\/crystalclassics.co.uk\/products\/berzelianite","provider":"Crystal Classics UK","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
