Several well developed grey Scheelite crystals are partly exposed in a matrix of greenish Chlorite leach, milky Quartz and grey Scheelite. The Scheelite crystals are well formed octahedrals with modified edges, measuring to 6mm width, and have a resinous lustre. The locality for this specimen was thought to have been closed since 1810 and this particular specimen was donated to Philadelphia's Academy of Natural Sciences by Dr T.B Wilson in the mid 1800s.Size: 6 x 5 x 4 cm (Small Cabinet)
