A great combo specimen of Mimetite with Malachite from the celebrated Tsumeb Mine. The Mimetite forms radiating hemispheres and near complete spheres of acicular crystals, to 0.5cm diameter. The Mimetite richly covers the specimen, accompanied by rich green micro-botryoidal Malachite. The Malachite is actually covering crystalline maroon red Cuprite, which has itself replaced dendritic sprigs of Native Copper, measuring to 0.8cm. A super interesting specimen, especially under a loupe!
