A rich well crystallised specimen of Caledonite from the famous Mammoth-St. Anthony Mine, Arizona, USA. The Caledonite forms a covering of sparkling micro-crystals to 2mm long. The colour is a fine blue-green with a high luster. The Caledonite is associated with colourless rounded crystals of Cerussite, with probable Paralaurionite and Leadhillite. The minerals occur together on a dense mixture of Cerussite, Caledonite and Malachite. An excellent specimen to see under magnification - as seen in several of our photos.
