A lustrous crystalline plate of Sphalerite with two contrasting white scalenohedral crystals of Calcite to 1.9cm. The Sphalerite displays complex ridge-like development of intergrown crystals, with sub-metallic lustre. The specimen comes from one of the area's last working mines. It also comes with a white Richard Barstow collection label.
