An interesting Hematite specimen consisting of lamellae in parallel growth, which in places appear to fold on themselves or grow together forming one layer measuring only 2mm thick. The Hematite lamellae branch out at 60 degree orientations, or in parallel with other branches, creating an unusual arborescent shape. A few small Quartz crystals are present as a secondary growth on the Hematite. Great lustre, and interesting ripple-like growth patterns are visible on the surface.
