Interpenetrating green-coloured glass-like cubes (to 1.4cm) on a sliver of ferruginous matrix covered on both sides with elongate nailhead Calcite crystals to 1.8cm. An aesthetically arranged association from this classic Weardale locality, the translucent slightly frosty Calcite really emphasises the glassiness of the Fluorites gems.
