Olivenites from Cornwall are well known, especially from Wheal Gorland. This specimen is a very good example from East Cornwall and displays a relatively rich 'carpet' of acicular Olivenite crystals. The positioning of the mineralised cavity and amount of mineral makes for a very good Phoenix example. There is no contact damage and the specimen is free of dust and hairs - displays well.
